Position Overview
Zera Medical LLC is seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Operations & Strategy Analyst to `work directly with the CEO and leadership team across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping a fast-moving startup company. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly and no two days are the same. This person will serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team — helping drive projects forward, improve operations, leverage AI and automation tools, and keep teams aligned on key initiatives.
Recent college graduates, early-career professionals, and summer interns are encouraged to apply. We will consider individuals with more experience as well, but candidates must be prepared to handle all levels of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate follow-ups and action items across core team, vendors, consultants and partners
• Keep teams organized and accountable to timelines and deliverables
• Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports
• Assist with operational process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• Help implement workflows using ChatGPT, AI agents, automations, no-code tools, and business software
• Streamline repetitive tasks and improve information flow across the company
• Support market research, business analysis, strategic projects, and operational analytics
• Assist with presentations, pitch materials, marketing initiatives, and communications
• Take ownership of problems and help “figure things out” in a fast-changing startup environment
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Tech savvy with strong computer and internet research skills
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and business productivity systems
• Basic project management and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or workflow automation platforms
• Exposure to startups, healthcare, medical devices, consulting, or operations
• Experience with Excel, presentations, analytics, or project management software
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or CRM tools

Position Details
• Full-time, part-time, or summer internship opportunities available
