Project Manager
HealPay is looking for an experienced web application project manager to ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and usability of its products. As project manager you will interface directly with other employees executing design, development, and marketing services. You will ensure that correct processes are followed by team members and oversee quality assurance of development and design tasks. This will require that internal requests are well thought out before being assigned to designers and developers. Project managers communicate progress updates to clients in a timely manner. Every project should be delivered on time within budget and scope.

Required Qualifications
- Experience managing web development projects with strict deadlines
- Ensuring quality control and QA on all deliverables
- Experience overseeing & managing an in-house/virtual team
- Ability to hold team members accountable
- Experience with the software development process and life-cycle
- Background in Agile software development
- Ability to provide estimates for design and development work
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of internet technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience with Ruby, Rust or other high level programming language
- Familiarity with online payment processing
