To strengthen our team in Guangzhou , we are looking for you as a(n) Sales Manager-Automotive.

Job Responsibilities：

- Sales within South China for automotive Elastomers and strategic expansion with local OEMs
- New business development of new products, new customers and new solutions in auto and mobility
- Understand IATF16949 related requirements; collect customer requirements, including customer specific requirements, obtain customer feedback relating to products and services, including customer complaints; keep communication with customers in contingency situation.
- Work with technical team for customer technical services
- Contribute on product development by providing market demand and supporting items
- Contribute on marketing strategy by providing market information
- Prepare customer visit reports, monthly reports and sales rolling forecast

Qualifications Required：
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Material Science & Engineering
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Chemical industry or Automotive industry
- Experience in silicone or E-Mobility is preferable
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Be enthusiastic and motivated
- Good communication skills
- Team working, customer oriented and result oriented
- Be flexible and able to work under pressure and to work independently
