Translume is a leader in micromachining of fused silica glass and offers a variety of fabrication and integration services to its customers. Areas of expertise include optical fluid analyzers, microfluidic chips, metrology-grade flexures, ion traps, and optical waveguides. Using proprietary laser writing and etching techniques, Translume can fabricate devices that combine optical waveguides, microfluidic components, and glass micromechanical (GLASS MEMS) elements. We do contract manufacturing for any volume, from prototyping to large production runs. We service a wide variety of industries, including biotech, aerospace, defense, consumer products, and heavy equipment.
