  • Develop integrated software testing pipelines using modern tools and processes

  • Facilitate daily communication with Japanese counterparts to align global activities

  • Analyze data using automated quantitative methods and visualize KPIs for decision-making

  • Identify North American technology, market, and social trends to assess customer ADAS needs

  • Summarize data into clear, visual reports for technical storytelling

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support production design and evaluation of future ADS features

  • Form partnerships across divisions to improve software engineering practices

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to work on transformative technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in software, computer, robotics engineering, or a related STEM field

  • 3+ years of experience developing and testing ADAS features

  • 3+ years of programming experience in C/C++ and Python

  • 3+ years of experience in unit/system testing and embedded software validation

  • 3+ years of experience with CAN tools and troubleshooting

  • 3+ years of experience creating specifications using agile or waterfall development processes

  • Experience leading or collaborating on small/mid-scale software or control systems from concept to production

  • Familiarity with system development quality tools (e.g., FMEA, DRBFM, FTA)

  • Strong visual presentation skills for international audiences

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

  • Willingness to work overtime (up to 20%)

  • Willingness to work hybrid (3–4 days/week in-person)

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Industry experience with Rust or Go programming languages

  • Experience managing large datasets (10TB+) and reducing outputs for efficient analysis

  • Experience designing products in automotive engineering or robotics

  • General knowledge of vehicle control systems (propulsion, braking, steering)

  • Experience realizing real-time control solutions for robotics or automated systems

  • Experience developing or evaluating ADS/ADAS technologies (e.g., mapping, localization, path planning, control)
