Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Huntersville, NC to lead projects to develop
applications on Salesforce &; Data Cloud; coordinate team; manage client relationships; act as
specialty product subject matter expert; develop design documents; build API-led integrations;
leverage Salesforce AI tools; implement support applications; lead discovery sessions &; design
solutions; recommend data migration strategies, design scalable data models &; create solutions
for managing large data volumes; advise on platform vision &; expansion; define environment &;
SSO strategy &; release plans. Requires Bachelor’s in CS, IT, an Engineering field, or closely-
related &; 4 yrs Salesforce development experience that includes 2 yrs experience supporting
sales cloud &; all revenue-related workflows in Salesforce; building complex automations using
flows &; development skills; building customer support solutions, including Omni-channel, chat
&; voice in Service Cloud; &; building custom UI components using declarative &; programmatic
tools. Position also requires 5 Salesforce certifications: 1) Administrator, 2) App Builder, 3)
Advanced Administrator, 4) Two of the following: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud
Consultant or Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation. Telecommuting permitted from home office.
