  • Shape and prioritize technology investments based on mission impact, scalability, and long-term value
  • Influence enterprise decision-making around platforms, integrations, and data capabilities
  • Balance innovation with operational reliability and fiscal responsibility

AI, Data & Automation Enablement

  • Evaluate readiness, identify and guide implementation of practical AI, use cases that improve efficiency, insight, and service delivery
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI tools, predictive analytics, workflow automation) and recommend appropriate, mission-aligned applications
  • Establish thoughtful governance around data use, privacy, and ethical application of AI

Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Lead efforts to improve system interoperability and data flow across platforms
  • Champion a platform-based, API-first approach to architecture

Vendor & Platform Leadership

  • Provide strategic oversight of vendors, managed service providers, and SaaS platforms
  • Evaluate solutions for architectural fit, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Support RFPs, contract decisions, and vendor performance management
  • Ensure external partners align with Eversight’s long-term technology direction

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure systems support compliance with FDA, EBAA, HIPAA, and other applicable standards
  • Partner with Quality and Compliance teams on audits, validation, and documentation
  • Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Leadership & Technical Mentorship

  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team, including Data Analytics, Systems Administration and Platform Administration
  • Serve as a technical mentor and coach, helping team members strengthen skills in systems, data, and modern development practices
  • Provide informed guidance on solution design and implementation, partnering with internal staff and external experts as needed
  • Foster a culture of learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Success Measures (12–24 Months)

  • A clear and actionable enterprise technology roadmap is established and progressing
  • Reduced system complexity and improved integration across core platforms
  • Deployment of targeted AI or automation solutions that deliver measurable value; development of an AI Usage policy
