We are looking for a Inhouse Consultant – Order to Cash (F/M) in Mohamdia.
As Inhouse Consultant – you will be a key driver in designing, standardizing, and continuously improving our end-to-end process landscape. You will support internal stakeholders in analyzing and optimizing business processes, contribute to the strategic development of process excellence, and steer high-visibility programs that directly impact company performance. Based in Tunis, you will work closely with global BPM, IT, and Commercial teams to translate business requirements into scalable, system-enabled process solutions — with SAP S/4HANA at the core.
Grow with us - your responsabilities
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, from opportunity management and quoting through order fulfillment, invoicing, and cash collection
- Analyze customer-oriented business processes to identify levers for efficiency gains and value creation
- Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and SAP S/4HANA — translating process requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
- Drive process mining initiatives using tools such as Signavio to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across the O2C cycle
- Plan, lead, and control projects within the scope of middle management, including coordination of work packages and functional leadership of project teams
- Manage project workstreams independently: scope, timeline, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery — ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant execution
- Support the development and implementation of strategic process optimization roadmaps with clear target orientation
- Coordinate and moderate workshops and methodological trainings; coach project partners on BPM standards and best practices
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent process adoption and change management
- Define and monitor O2C KPIs and dashboards, turning data insights into actionable process decisions
- Establish and promote standards for excellent Business Process Management, fostering continuous improvement with a focus on impact and sustainability
What will convince us - your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Engineering, or a comparable role — ideally in a strategic or consulting environment — with a clear focus on Order-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in the O2C domain (SD module; ideally also exposure to FI/AR, MM, or CPQ)
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools, preferably Signavio
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional process improvement and transformation projects
- Knowledge of process methodologies such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma; project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and steer towards solutions
- Confident communicator at all levels — from operational teams to senior management
- Experience working in international, matrix organizations
- Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus
