In this role as Engineering Project Leader, impactful projects are led from planning to industrialization, contributing to efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Working across teams and sites, this position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, technology transfer, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

- Lead engineering projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
- Coordinate technology transfer activities across sites, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth industrialization
- Drive process development and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Plan and execute equipment and process qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), including validation of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and processes
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while tracking performance through KPIs and reporting progress to management
- Perform risk assessments using methodologies such as FMEA and implement mitigation actions to reduce operational risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D) and lead continuous improvement and problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes including CAPA, change control, and deviation management
What will convince us
- Degree in engineering or a related field (not specified in initial input – to be confirmed if required)
- Strong expertise in process and equipment qualification and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), including commissioning and startup
- Experience in technology transfer and industrialization projects within manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and quality systems (GMP and validation requirements if applicable)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience with risk management methodologies such as FMEA and structured risk assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and multi-site environments
- Ability to influence, drive change, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and complex setting
- Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and a results-oriented mindset
- High level of collaboration, interpersonal effectiveness, and negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
