Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance activities for master data, including but not limited to, product information, supplier details,
customer records, and bill of materials (BOMs)
Execute data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality and consistency across various databases and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Sales) to gather data requirements and ensure timely and
accurate data updates
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in a proactive and systematic manner
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance
Generate regular and ad-hoc data reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and operational analysis
Participate in the testing and validation of new data management tools, systems, and process improvements
Provide training and support to end-users on data entry protocols and best practices
Document data management processes, workflows, and data definitions
Qualification & Skills:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in a data entry, data management, or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or bioprocess
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, ) is a must
Proficiency & experience with Siemens Opcenter MES is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various levels of personnel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Basic understanding of data quality principles and data governance concepts
