Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Lead and supervise the Purchasing team (Material Planner mainly) in daily operations.
Ensure adherence to globally defined business processes and execute company regulations/policies.
Monitor materials master data, inventory, safety stock, and consignment.
Provide training in order purchase and conduct regular KPI reviews and improvements.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments, including headquarters.
Oversee global and local supply issues, lead time monitoring, and critical supply issue follow-up.
Facilitate new business integration and projects, actively participating in building finished goods products inventory.
Qualification & Skills:
Academic degree in International Business and Trade
Minimum 2-3 years working experience
Mentor/teach others working experience
Fluent in English
Good communication across levels and functions
Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure
Proven software skills in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP experience is must
