The Manager Controlling will be responsible for supporting the activities and growth of the division. The holder of this position will oversee that the controllers act as the key point of contact of their divisions for all commerical and business issues regarding the sales activities, including gross margin at standard analysis. The goal is to provide timely and accurate sales and financial reports for senior management information and critical decision making.

- Supervise, coordinate, prepare and deliver relevant reports for management used as a consolidated business management tool in a timely manner
- Ensure the alignment of used reporting, analysis and procedures with the group standards
- Identify risks and upside / downside exposure
- Control and assist the business units in the countries to be within or below their units' selling, marketing and administrative budgets
- Arrange and improve business performance measurement procedures and systems
- Advise the coordination of the consolidation of regional / country strategic and long-term plans based on group strategyPerform critical and financial valuation of prospective acquisition and new product launches by using common techniques like discounted cash flow models, if necessary
Controlling Responsibilities:
- Oversee the analysis of gross margin at standard and other financial metrics
- Ensure the accuracy of standard costs and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies
- Partner with business units to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports
- Support and follow the cost saving initiatives
- Support decision-making processes with financial insights and data analysis
- Ensure alignment of controlling practices with group standards and objectives
- Support operations by providing financial insights and recommendations
- Follow up on capital expenditures (CAPEX) to ensure alignment with budget and strategic goals
Finance and Accounting Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting processes
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and controls
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (Local and IFRS)
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
- Manage and optimize the preparation of the treasury and the cash-out forecasts
- Analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Tax Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all finance and tax regulations, providing guidance on tax-related matters and optimizing tax
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies and policies
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company
- Prepare and review transfer price tax declaration and documentation

Master degree with Finance/Controlling focus
Proven experience of working within controlling in a multi-national company, preferable as a business partner in a manufacturing environment
Strong skills in Controlling, Accounting and Taxes
Proven years of effective leadership and team management skills
Excellent commercial and financial knowledge and skills
Relevant experience in MS Office and SAP
Ability to analyze quickly and take appropriate action
Assertiveness, readiness to innovate
Fluent in English and French
