Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is a hunter — someone who thrives on identifying, sourcing, and creating new opportunities within banks and credit unions. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by finding qualified prospects and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. This is not a “sit and wait for leads” role.
