Oxford Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years of field experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a well-rounded professional capable of handling service diagnostics, full system installations, and preventative maintenance for residential and light commercial customers.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform complete HVAC system installations
- Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Ensure all work meets local code and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with RTU's, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and duct systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
