About One Intelligence (1-i.ai)
One Intelligence 1-i.ai has built the AI Control Plane for production AI systems. We exists to make production AI reliable, governable, observable, and economically sustainable. Most organizations today can get AI working in demos. Very few can operate AI reliably in production.
As AI systems evolve beyond isolated prompts and single-model applications, organizations increasingly face challenges around orchestration, governance, observability, reliability, security, and operational scalability. The future of enterprise AI will require infrastructure designed to coordinate and operate AI systems end-to-end.
1-i.ai brings structure to AI workloads through governed ingress, deterministic execution, policy enforcement, multi-provider routing, memory-aware runtime context, observability, cost attribution, and quality loops — so enterprises can scale AI with control and confidence.
We believe AI infrastructure will become one of the defining technology layers of the next decade — and we’re building for that future.
This is an opportunity to help shape an emerging category at the intersection of AI infrastructure, enterprise operations, and intelligent systems.
The Role
We’re looking for a VP of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships to help drive strategic growth for 1-i.ai through enterprise relationships, ecosystem partnerships, customer development, and market expansion.

customer engagement
strategic growth initiatives
Your focus will include identifying and developing strategic partnerships across enterprise technology, AI, cloud, consulting, and system integrator ecosystems while helping position 1-i.ai as a foundational layer for operational AI systems.
Compensation & Equity
This is an early-stage founding role with meaningful equity participation.
Initial compensation will be equity-based until funding and/or revenue milestones are achieved, with the expectation of evolving into a compensated executive leadership role as the company scales.
Equity structure, milestones, and long-term compensation plans will be discussed directly with selected candidates based on:
experience
