The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will lead strategic communications initiatives that protect and enhance the company’s reputation globally. This role is responsible for managing high-profile internal and external communications, including crisis and issues management, executive visibility, M&A communications, sustainability and public policy engagement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communicator with expertise in corporate affairs, internal comms, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels and regions.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related discipline, with a focus on executive and financial communications.
Proven track record in crisis management and strategic messaging.
Strong understanding of M&A and ESG principles.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Crisis and Issues Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for crisis communications and issues management across North America and corporate, internally and externally.
Develop and execute rapid-response strategies to mitigate reputational risk.
Partner with regional leads to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging during critical situations.
Executive and Leadership Communications
Drive external executive communications for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including media relations, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
Manage CEO and SLT presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to amplify leadership voice and corporate narrative.
Oversee development of podcasts, events and other content to position executives as industry thought leaders.
Public Affairs and M&A Communications
Lead internal and external public affairs communications to support organizational priorities, with a focus on M&A communications as a key business priority.
Public Policy and Industry Engagement
Collaborate with Government Affairs on communications opportunities.
Manage communications related to toxicology, standards, and association partnerships.
Represent the company in industry forums.
Impact and ESG Communications
Support development of the Annual Review and Impact Report.
Create and execute on communications plans for sustainability and ESG company initiatives.
Internal Communications
Lead the global internal communications strategy to strengthen employee understanding, engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, supporting clear, authentic, and timely communication.
Own oversight of the internal communications team, including workflow prioritization, development, and performance.
