As the Technical Reviewer II Nutrition and Wellness, you have a strong understanding of the requirements and processes for your assigned program area, with expertise in daily operations end-to-end. The Technical Reviewer II delivers excellent customer service over assigned scheme area/s. Schemes include GMP and product certifications for personal care products, OTC products, and dietary supplements. This individual has a strong attention to detail, excellent time management and technical aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, with preference for cosmetic chemistry
- 3 or more years of experience with cosmetics, OTC products, dietary supplements or a combination of work experience and an applicable advanced degree
- Experience with personal care, cosmetic chemistry or formulation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in hybrid capacity in office 3 days per week
- Performs technical reviews for the assigned certification scheme programs according to NSF and ANSI accreditation body requirements
- Responsible for maintaining certification scheme SOPs and applying certification scheme requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant KPIs
- Works directly with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of scheme services and provides superior customer service
- Support in training of new team members on review procedures
- Identifies opportunities for improvements and volunteers to support those
- Complies with and enforces all corporate and accreditation requirements, with a high level of integrity
- Support the achievement of new accreditations and program initiatives within given timelines
- Adaptable to new environments and support corporate change management initiatives
- Conduct data entry activities accurately, efficiently and with an eye for detail
