The Client Specialist is responsible for managing direct sales activities within NSF. This role focuses on growing existing Core client accounts, converting qualified leads into new business, and responding promptly to client inquiries and service requests.

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in inside sales, client services, or account management, preferably in TIC or technical services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Engage clients remotely through video, phone, and email to promote and sell NSF services using consultative techniques.
Respond promptly to client needs by providing accurate information and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Convert qualified leads by following up on inbound inquiries and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Uncover client opportunities by actively listening to understand needs and identifying upsell or cross-sell potential.
Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.com.
Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships and supporting retention of complex or high-value clients.
Execute targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership to drive outreach and alignment.
