NSF is looking for a creative and results-driven Global Senior Marketing Specialist (Hybrid Ann Arbor) to join Food & Nutrition organization.
In this role, you will help drive business growth by executing marketing initiatives aligned with global and regional strategies. You’ll collaborate with the Global Senior Marketing Manager, regional marketing teams, shared services, sales, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate across diverse markets.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
3+ years managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in a matrix organization.
Experience in natural foods, nutrition, consumer health, or TIC sectors (B2B preferred).
Strong digital marketing skills across social, email, and customer-facing content.
Proficient in CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce), and MS Office.
Skilled in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for ROI.
Expertise in translation workflows and culturally adapting messaging for global markets
Proven ability to collaborate across regions and time zones with cultural awareness.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Strong cross-functional teamwork with regional teams and sales.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven; passionate about Nutrition & Wellness.
Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel (~10%).
