Education: appropriate 4-year degree
Project Management experience is preferred
Experience and ability to work with diverse clients including personnel in technical, commercial, administrative, and managerial roles
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
Experience developing or tracking customer satisfaction elements
Knowledge of laboratory testing and technical knowledge of common microbiology, chemistry, or physical engineering tests
Experience with process mapping and/or developing new workflows with internal teams
Clear written communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented precision is required.

Ensure laboratory testing projects are completed on-time
Quickly and accurately resolve open issues by working with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
Provide outstanding service as the client’s single point of contact.
Manage the client interface for both internal and external clients providing timely, professional updates and prompt responses
Provide client feedback to laboratory management
Determine and communicate testing priorities to the lab
Suggest and support process improvements
Support launch of new service offerings or other initiatives
Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Utilize and update internal laboratory and customer relationship management systems
Comply with all NSF regulations and requirements
