NSF is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the Food & Nutrition North America sales team and oversee matrix reporting for international markets. This role is fully accountable for delivering the global sales target, not only in North America but across all international regions. The Global Sales Director is responsible for achieving the global sales figures by effectively managing and influencing teams through a matrix reporting structure. In addition, this role will develop and execute global sales strategies, expand client relationships, and drive business growth. The Global Sales Director will ensure that established sales targets are achieved for each region, manage and motivate teams, and ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in sales or sales leadership
- Experience in domestic and international sales
- P&L management experience
- Global account and strategic management experience
- Executive level communication and presentation skills
- Global business acumen and market analysis knowledge
- Ability to operate and influence within a matrix organization
- Strong networking and client relationship development ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Food industry and TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for North America and Global markets
- Expand client base and drive new business development within Food & Nutrition
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals within Food & Nutrition
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to meet objectives
- Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
- Provide input on sales planning, quotas, and incentive programs
- Work cross-functionally across the business to support overall organizational goals
- Oversee CRM operations and sales technology
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and processes
- Conduct sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Domestic travel accounts for approximately 25% or less of the role
