Responsibilities

Lead and optimize global TA operations, ensuring seamless, scalable, and compliant processes across regions.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Manage global vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and service excellence.
Drive compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to global hiring standards and regulations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
Champion employer branding initiatives and global referral programs to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with global talent leaders to co-create the future of external talent acquisition, embedding innovation and agility.
Promote a holistic solution mindset by integrating systems, processes, and people strategies for end-to-end talent lifecycle success.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition, AI, and workforce planning to proactively shape future strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in global talent acquisition operations, with a strong track record of innovation and process improvement.
Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, including AI applications in sourcing, screening, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage global vendor partnerships and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across diverse, global teams.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering holistic talent solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
