Objective:
Support the Program Management Office (PMO) within the organization, standardization, and ongoing maintenance of program documentation and deliverables within SharePoint to improve project documentation consistency and readiness for AS9100 certification.
Background:
The PMO supports multiple active programs with varying levels of documentation maturity and consistency of storage practices. As the organization moves to a standardized SharePoint-based project structure and prepares for AS9100 certification, these inconsistencies need to be addressed. This internship role will support Program Managers by ensuring program artifacts are properly stored, complete, and maintained in accordance with PMO standards.
ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) the individual must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
