**Role Description
**
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales/SDR Hybrid at MeetMatch.ai. The primary focus will be on generating and qualifying leads, scheduling prospects with the appropriate representatives, and driving business development efforts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new opportunities, identifying potential clients, conducting outreach via email or phone, and maintaining CRM records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets, contributing to pipeline growth, and ensuring the AI-powered tools are utilized effectively.
**Qualifications
**
Proven skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development, with a results-oriented mindset
Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting for potential clients
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and utilize CRM tools effectively
A background in SaaS technology or AI solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
