Job Duties, but not limited to:
- Architect and build the MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate multi-functionally with team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements.
- Deploy sophisticated ML models at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.
- Lead the data pipeline—from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.
- Lead experimentation and statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for external customers—not just internal tools.
- Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Proven experience with foundational models and modern AI toolchains.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving sophisticated technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing projects or teams, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
