Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team by managing order processing, supplier onboarding, and a variety of sales administration functions. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, supplier information is maintained, and sales processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent internal and external customer service. Responsibilities:• Manage order intake: review purchase orders, verify pricing, translate information to internal process flows, and ensure complete and accurate documentation.• Monitor status of open orders, communicate updates to customers, and resolve order-related issues with customers and internal teams.• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Engineering teams to determine timelines, ensure timely order fulfillment, and eliminate roadblocks.• Support the Sales team by preparing quotes, processing order changes, generating reports, and maintaining sales documentation.• Gather administrative customer information for shipping, billing, taxes, and customs.• Respond promptly to and triage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, invoicing, and product availability.• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support the Sales organization. Requirements:• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in a science-related field.• Entry level sales administrator experience or equivalent.• Fluent use of Microsoft Office. Experience with lead tracking and financial management software is a plus (FreshDesk, FreshSales, Quickbooks).• Excellent communication and organization skills, both verbal and written, as well as a positive, outgoing self-starter personality.• Eager to learn and adapt (Continuous improvement model)• Personable and willing to work in a team environment.
