Developed from decades of research at the University of Michigan, HealthyLifetime combines an evidence-based behavioral health coaching program with a proprietary SaaS measurement platform that makes health behavior change visible, actionable, and measurable. Our platform enables organizations to identify risks early, empower meaningful behavior change, and demonstrate measurable outcomes at both the individual and population level.
Today, our primary customers are senior living organizations, including Life Plan Communities (CCRCs), retirement communities, and other organizations serving older adults. As we continue to grow, we will expand into additional healthcare, payer, employer, and wellness markets.
We are looking for experienced, entrepreneurial sales professionals who understand the senior living industry and are excited to help build our startup company.
This is a commission-only position initially, offering significant earning potential for motivated individuals who enjoy developing relationships and closing consultative sales. As HealthyLifetime grows, successful representatives will have the opportunity to transition into full-time salaried positions with ongoing commission.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to get in early with a company that has a differentiated product, strong research foundation, and significant long-term growth potential.
Generate new business opportunities within senior living organizations and related markets.
Build relationships with executive leaders, including CEOs, Executive Directors, Sales & Marketing leaders, Wellness Directors, and Clinical Leadership.
Conduct prospect outreach through networking, referrals, phone, email, LinkedIn, conferences, and other outreach techniques.
Deliver product demonstrations and communicate HealthyLifetime's value proposition.
Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact through contract execution.
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in our CRM.
Collaborate with company leadership to refine messaging, sales strategies, and market expansion efforts.
5+ years of B2B sales experience.
Experience selling into senior living, aging services, healthcare, digital health, SaaS, Medicaid/Medicare, employee wellness, or related industries.
Existing relationships within the senior living or healthcare market are highly desirable.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms.
