Biohazard Cleanup Technician
Our client is a part of a nationally recognized team of biohazard cleaning professionals and experiencing rapid growth in our business. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Biohazard Cleaning Technician to safely clean, disinfect, and restore areas affected by biological and hazardous materials.
This role involves responding to trauma scenes, unattended deaths, infectious disease exposures, and other contamination situations while strictly following safety regulations and proper protective procedures. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, and respect for clients during sensitive circumstances.
Education

High school diploma or GED
-
Safety training (OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens preferred)
Training & Certifications
-
OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens (training provided if needed)

HAZWOPER certification (preferred)

CPR/First Aid (helpful)
Experience
- Experience in cleaning, sanitation, construction, restoration, healthcare, or hazardous materials is helpful but not always required.
Skills & Abilities

Able to follow strict safety rules

Comfortable wearing protective gear (PPE)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Physically able to bend, kneel, stand for long periods

Good attention to detail

Professional and respectful with clients
