We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our Estimating & Sales team. This role is responsible for producing accurate estimates and professional proposals for architectural cladding projects while supporting sales efforts from initial opportunity through project award. Onsite position, open to remote candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate material takeoffs
Prepare, submit, and communicate clear, competitive proposals
Follow up on open proposals and assist with closing opportunities
Maintain and update CRM data for assigned projects
Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize independently
Support a smooth transition from prospect to active client
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Bluebeam
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related field or 4+ years of professional estimating experience
Commercial construction experience preferred
