Cargility is an Ann Arbor–based startup developing mobility solutions that improve safety, independence, and accessibility for individuals with stability challenges and the caregivers who support them.
We are preparing to launch a patented mechanical product and are seeking a Business & Project Management Intern to support market readiness and go-to-market execution. You will work across product, operations, and marketing within a small, focused team to help ensure readiness for launch.
What You’ll Do
Support project management across cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Assist with market readiness efforts across operations, positioning, marketing, sales, and go-to-market strategy
Manage workflows, capture meeting notes, and track action items to maintain alignment and accountability
Coordinate with internal team members and external partners
Support development and refinement of processes to improve execution efficiency
Who We Are looking For
Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interested in startups, innovation, and product commercialization
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms preferred
Interest or experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing, or operations is a plus

Hybrid (mostly remote) based in Southeast Michigan
Part-time, ~10–15 hours per week with flexibility
May–August internship period
