Summary
As a Shift Leader at Milan Metal Systems, you will oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring production efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing team to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.

Train and develop team members on operational procedures, safety and quality protocols.

Participate in employee orientation processes for new hires.

Facilitate communication between shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of safe work practices and operational procedures.

Excellent training development skills to enhance team performance.

Basic math skills for inventory management.
