Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment, customization, and ongoing management of Salesforce CRM platforms to align with organizational objectives.
- Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including applying updates, managing integrations, and ensuring data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
- Create and deliver user training programs, support end-users by troubleshooting issues, and implement enhancements to improve productivity.
- Ensure platform security through access controls, role hierarchies, and auditing.
- Proactively monitor system performance to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions, maintaining comprehensive documentation on processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Manage change requests and develop strategies to ensure smooth adoption of updates or new functionality across teams.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with strategic objectives.
- Work with Salesforce developers and vendors to support system enhancements and stay informed about platform updates and new features.
- Oversee data migration, implement automation solutions such as process builders and flows, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with at least two (2) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Moderate skill set and proficiency in the discipline
- Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision
- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and latitude in career-development tasks
Desirable Qualifications
- Non-profit experience
- Health research background
- Experience with foreign currency transactions
- HSPD‑12/PIV credentials/background check
Annual Salary Range
$70,000 – 111,500 (US National Average)
Base Compensation Determination
Base Compensation is determined by market range and geographic location pay zones. Base Compensation also includes various individual factors unique to each candidate such as job level, prior experience, skill set, certification and educational which may impact the compensation structure.
This position is classified as exempt according to FLSA guidelines.
