Engineering trifft Produktion – Systemtechniker mit Hands-on Mentalität
Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering Teams innerhalb der Instandhaltung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Engineering-Kompetenz mit einer klaren Nähe zur Produktion verbindet und sich sowohl an der Anlage wie auch in der Programmierung zuhause fühlt.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen sicher und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Instandhaltung und der Produktion zusammen
- Sie analysieren und beheben komplexe elektrische und steuerungstechnische Störungen direkt an den Maschinen vor Ort, erkennen Ursachen zuverlässig und sorgen für nachhaltige technische Lösungen
- Sie programmieren, optimieren und passen SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens S7, TIA) direkt an den Produktionsanlagen an
- Sie führen elektrische Installationen, Tests und Inbetriebnahmen an Maschinen und Anlagen durch
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten mit starkem Produktionsbezug
- Sie pflegen technische Dokumentationen und unterstützen Ihre Kollegen durch Wissenstransfer und Schulungsunterlagen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium HF/FH in Systemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automation oder ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im maschinennahen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Instandhaltung, Automatisierung oder Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SPS-Technik (Siemens S7, TIA) sowie ein solides Verständnis für elektrische Antriebs-, Sicherheits- und Steuerungstechnik
- Freude an einer Tätigkeit, die nicht ausschliesslich am Arbeitsplatz stattfindet, sondern regelmässige Präsenz in der Produktion erfordert
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, Hands-on-Mentalität und der Anspruch, Lösungen nicht nur zu entwickeln, sondern auch selbst umzusetzen
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
