Supply Chain Administrator

(vooralsnog tijdelijke functie van 7 maanden met de intentie dit mogelijk te verlengen of omzetten naar een vaste formatie plaats)

Onze productie draait op volle toeren.. en daarom hebben wij jou nodig!

Als Supply Chain Administrator ben jij de belangrijke schakel achter de schermen die ervoor zorgt dat onze productie soepel en efficiënt kan draaien. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen planners, drukkers en het hele team vertrouwen op correcte data en materialen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Supply Chain Administrator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen planning, inkoop, logistiek en leveranciers. Je werkdag is nooit saai en bestaat uit een mix van administratie, organisatie en samenwerking. De focus ligt op de administratieve verwerking en controle van orders, zodat betrouwbare data beschikbaar is als basis voor planning en levering.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van informatie in de systemen, signaleert afwijkingen en ondersteunt je directe collega’s bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw zorgvuldige werkwijze blijft onze supply chain beheersbaar en voorspelbaar.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Het voorbereiden en beheren van job bags voor onze drukpersen
  • Het verwerken en controleren van documentatie die terugkomt uit de productie
  • Het bijhouden van gegevens en archieven en zorgen dat updates tijdig en correct zijn
  • Controleren dat kleurstandaarden en productspecificaties kloppen
  • Beheren van inktleveringen en het verwerken van verbruik op productieorders
  • Samen met collega’s processen verbeteren zodat de productie efficiënt en nauwkeurig blijft draaien
  • Daarnaast vragen we af en toe fysieke inzet, zoals tijdens de voorraadtelling, waaronder het tillen van inktemmers tot 20 kg

Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt, zodat onze productie foutloos en efficiënt kan draaien.

Wat breng jij mee?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een professional die:

  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt
  • Oog heeft voor detail
  • Goed kan samenwerken en communiceren met verschillende afdelingen
  • Proactief is en problemen weet op te lossen
  • Ervaring heeft met MS Office en databeheersystemen
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in supply chain, productieondersteuning of administratie
  • De Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerst
