Wir suchen ab sofort eine Sicherheitsfachkraft (m/w/d) für das Werk Neumünster.
Aufgaben
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Unternehmens in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung in enger Absprache mit dem Mutterkonzern
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen
- Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
- Dokumentation und Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Ableitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Koordination und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im vorbeugenden Brandschutz
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß § 5 ASiG) oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung nachzuholen
- Zusatzqualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter (z. B. nach vfdb-Richtlinie oder DGUV) wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV, Bauordnung etc.)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Sicherheitssoftware
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung sowie regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
