As an Associate Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy. This role develops descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical models that empower Sales (primarily Integrated Sales) and Marketing teams across customer excellence, product management, pricing, and broader market strategy.
Support the development and execution of market strategies through robust data analysis and insight generation.
Build statistical models that forecast outcomes, trends, and customer behaviors using historical and real-time data.
Translate raw, complex data into clear insights that confirm or challenge business and marketing hypotheses.
Deliver high-impact analytical solutions within a multifaceted data environment.
Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and machine learning techniques to large, complex datasets to uncover actionable commercial insights.
Integrate internal and external data sources to develop foundational analytical datasets that support business decision-making.
Manage projects through the full commercialization lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Sales, R&D, Operations, and other stakeholders to accelerate speed-to-market.
Partner across business teams to understand key challenges, define analytical requirements, and execute project plans that drive business performance.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to advance commercial initiatives.
Develop compelling value propositions, selling tools, and customer-facing materials that enable Sales success.
Support Product Pipeline development in collaboration with R&D.
Facilitate commercial alignment with designated plants and serve as a primary contact to related segments and business units.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences
Sikud analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and recommendations from large, complex, and occasionally misaligned datasets
Experience working on projects involving technical products and cross-functional stakeholder groups
Some experience in sales and/or customer service (B2B or consumer)
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of success in collaborative, cross-functional environments
Working understanding of sales processes, selling systems, pricing, costing, and basic business finance
