Moni is building the financial rails for Latin America by enabling wallets to spend stablecoins seamlessly. We’re starting with a protocol that allows stablecoin payments across wallets and merchants—fast, simple, and reliable.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Founding Front-End Engineer to join Moni at the ground floor. This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to shape the culture, pace, and quality bar of the company from day one.
As a founding team member, you’ll:
Own the design, development, and maintenance of our front-end web and mobile experiences.
Collaborate directly with the founders to define product direction and technical architecture.
Bring strong opinions, creativity, and passion for user experience to everything you build.
Unblock yourself and others, moving fast while keeping a high-quality standard.
Help set the tone for how we work: transparent, driven, and focused on building something people love.
What we're looking for
5-7 years of experience in front-end engineering
Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks (React / React Native strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience in web3 development: familiarity with the EVM ecosystem, interacting with smart contracts, and integrating wallets (e.g. MetaMask, WalletConnect).
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments and taking full ownership of projects end-to-end.
Ability to move quickly: you test ideas, iterate fast, and don't wait for permission to ship.
A strong product/design sense and empathy for the end user.
Passion for fintech and crypto—this role requires understanding how blockchain rails fit into real-world payments.
Ability to work within Latin America time zones (UTC-8 to UTC-3).
