- Prepare the preventive maintenance plan for HVAC system
- Lead the preventive and repair maintenance for all HVAC system
- Ensure the existing HVAC system running in a reliable way
- Optimize the HVAC system put into use
- Draft the user specification for maintenance and project work
- Lead or support the Engineering team to implement the HVAC design
- Estimate the HVAC cost for maintenance and project budget
- Supervise the project construction phase regarding the HVAC aspect
- Evaluate the HVAC equipment vendor and maintenance HVAC vendor list
- Keep all HVAC document in track for maintenance and project

Qualifications Required:

The position requires:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform and succeed in an environment of schedule and cost pressure
- Capability to professionally deal with changing priorities and requirements
- Familiar with the principals and procedures of project management
- Strong multitasking competency
- Team player attitude
- Ability and willingness for domestic travel

Minimum educational background and professional experience is:
- Bachelor's degree or above with the education major of HVAC
- Mini. 8 years of working experience in field of HVAC
- Familiar with related HVAC codes
- Working experience in chemical or other industry project

Skills/Interests
- Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of CAD and SAP would be helpful
- Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Strong spirit of teamwork
- High flexibility, high sense of responsiveness, open mindedness
