Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5–8 years in sales enablement, commercial training, L&D, or similar roles.
- Experience with sales strategy, performance management, and transformation programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, LMS platforms, and enablement tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization.
Sales Training & Development
- Design and deliver innovative training programs for Sales and Program Management teams.
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
- Build learning journeys tailored to career stages and role-specific competencies.
- Serve as lead trainer for global regions, ensuring consistent enablement worldwide.
Sales Strategy & Effectiveness
- Translate business goals into actionable sales strategies, tools, and training.
- Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and optimize enablement.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with aligned training and messaging.
Commercial Program Leadership
- Lead global onboarding, sales academies, and enablement campaigns.
- Manage key projects such as capability assessments and transformation initiatives.
- Drive engagement through contests, workshops, and strategic programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure sales readiness.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and functional groups to surface needs and deliver solutions.
- Represent Commercial Excellence in planning forums and communication channels.
Event Management
- Plan and execute customer and client events at headquarters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver memorable, business-aligned experiences.
- Oversee logistics, communications, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
